The Wesley Foundation (1948-1988) series includes background materials, board agenda and minutes, finances, insurance, projects, and reports. The Westminster Foundation was created in 1960 by the Synod of North Dakota - United Presbyterian Church (1958-1965) includes correspondence, finances, reports and meetings. The United Campus Christian Fellowship - NDSU (1959-1973) contains minutes, finances, reports, article of incorporation, and bylaws. The United Campus Ministry - NDSU (1970-1989) consists of activities, bulletins, bylaws, committees, contracts, correspondence, evaluations, finances, minutes, newsletters, reports and seminars. The United Campus Ministry - Moorhead, includes both Moorhead State University [Minnesota State University - Moorhead] and Concordia College (1969-1994) includes articles of incorporation and bylaws, evaluations, goals and objectives, grant proposals, Minister's reports, minutes, newsletters, programs, reports, retreats, spring break trips and surveys. The United Campus Ministry - Joint Projects (1980-1984) is comprised of programs, projects and pamphlets. The United Campus Christian Fellowship - University of North Dakota (1959-1963) consists of financial information, reports and, minutes. The United Ministries of Higher Education - North Dakota (1970-1973, 1980-1993) contains committee information, correspondence, facilities, finances, grant applications, meetings, minutes, posters, program, project and reports. The United Ministries of Higher Education - Minnesota (1974, 1977-1989) includes meeting minutes and Minnesota Commission materials. The Photo Series (1957-2003) includes one photo album is from a Mission Trip to Ethiopia in 1971. Four albums deal primarily with retreats, parties, and mission trips (1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002, 2002-2003). One album covers dinners, prayer meetings, parties, canoe trips, conferences, projects, wedding, and a memorial service for Reverend D. James Farnham (1962-1974). The loose photo files include retreats, mission trips, and events (1999-2002), the aftermath of the 1957 Tornado that destroyed the North Dakota Agricultural College's YMCA (Wesley Foundation Offices), construction of the Wesley Foundation Center (United Campus Ministry Center) - 1961, and unidentified photographs from the 1960s. The Film & Slides series (1970s - 2002) consist of Super 8mm film of trips to New York (1976), San Francisco (1976, 1977), Salt Lake (1977), Washington, D.C. (1979) and New Orleans (no dates). The major of the slides cover a Spring Break trip to Florida in 1981. Other slides include the United Campus Ministry Moorhead (1970s), a Dick Kretszchmar (member Board of Higher Education) and students (1972), a Clown Retreat in 1981, a Mexico Mission trip (no date), and a Winter Retreat to Winnipeg in 2002.

Methodist work began at NDAC [North Dakota Agricultural College] in 1938 and in 1946 official recognition as a Wesley Foundation was granted by the General Board of Education in Nashville, Tennessee. Meeting rooms were secured at the College YMCA building. A tornado destroyed the "Y" in June 1957, demolishing all Wesley Foundation property and facilities.
